Notty’s was founded by Chris Ewing, former CEO of Shari’s Berries and other unicorns, who launched the first location in South Lake Tahoe to prove out his bold concept: an Italian-inspired burrito packed with flavor, personality, and broad market appeal. After early traction and multiple iterations, Chris was ready to expand—but knew he needed a strategic partner to help scale the brand.
